Planning, tendering and construction monitoring of electrical installations according to the performance phases of HOAI for demanding construction projects of public and private clients, including professional guidance and support of team members Project coordination with builders, architects, other project-participants and executive companies as well as organisational coordination within the team Active time and cost monitoring (internal and external) as well as ensuring quality requirements in the projects Ensuring continuous internal information exchange, structuring and implementation of project meetings, information on the status and deviations in project management Checking plans and documents and ensuring high professional quality in the team

Successfully completed studies or technicians (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, energy technology or comparable qualification with planning experience Ideally, you bring experience in the planning of cross-company projects in the field of electrical engineering – and the willingness to develop in electrical engineering. Alternatively, you have several years of experience as project manager in the independent execution of projects Very good knowledge of VOB and HOAI You bring increased interest in BIM and digitalisation Ideally safe handling of professional software programs You have very good German knowledge (min.
