Media Designer/Designer (m/f/d)

Full-Stack Design: Layout and conception of print & online communication media as well as professional editing of graphics files (photo/vector). Brand Development: Development and development of corporate design guidelines and brand identity. Campaign management: conception and implementation of marketing campaigns for digital and print (including social media channels). Recruiting & Messe: Design of innovative job advertisements as well as trade fair and corporate appearances. Digital & Web: Website design and content creation for our online portals. Technology check: creation of print data, clean drawing and accompaniment of your projects until the final implementation.

Qualification: Education, studies or comparable practical experience in the field of design/media (also autodidactical) Software-Skills: Secure handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Visual feel: an eye for typography, colors and modern layouts. Add-on: Video editing and animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are of advantage. Webdesign & Implementation: Design of websites with Figma or Adobe XD as well as realization in WordPress (Elementor). AI affinity: You are using tools like Adobe Firefly, which Freepik AI Suite or ChatGPT are already active in your working day, or you're burning to integrate these technologies into your design processes. You have a strong interest in design trends and are open to using AI tools to make workflows more efficient and creative. Spirit: You are looking for joint brainstorming in the team and bring your own initiative and a structured way of working. You love it when it goes fast and keeps your focus even on tight schedules. With your structured way, you can safely and accurately target projects even if the deadline is athletic.
