We are looking for a reliable and experienced production employee (m/w/d) for our Turning department. BOOSTER Precision Components (Schwanewede) GmbH is an international manufacturer of mechanical precision parts based in the Brundorf Schwanewede Industrial Park.

We specialize in cutting with the most modern manufacturing processes and are market leaders in the production of compressor wheels for the automotive industry. In addition to the plant in Schwanewede, the Booster Group has further locations in Mexico, China and Slovakia and employs around 1,000 employees worldwide.

operating and equipping CNC lathes and inserting and removing the workpieces performing tool changes as well as measurement and tool corrections Measuring and testing the manufactured workpieces with common measuring and testing means Detection and reporting of deviations and disturbances in the manufacturing process Ensure the required quality standards and adherence to the manufacturing requirements Documenting measurement results and relevant production data Monitor ongoing manufacturing processes and ensure a smooth production process

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification; alternative multi-year practical experience in machining Technical understanding and craftsmanship Ready to work in the 3-shift system Team skills and hands-on mentality
