Construction Manager - Technician / Supply Engineering / Building Technology / Construction (m/f/d)

As a complete provider in these business areas or as a technical general contractor for the entire domestic engineering, we offer services from planning, delivery and assembly to maintenance and repair.

We currently employ around 460 employees at ten locations and around 1000 employees within the business group. We train our technical and commercial specialists. You conduct our construction projects competently from the fields of technical building equipment for public, commercial and private clients and in customer service You take over the material disposition and assembly and personnel planning and support your know-how with questions on scale, acceptance, follow-up management and accounting You will support “Your” construction project on site and help our customers: both with advice and action, so you can look forward to a lot of change. You coordinate our assembly and construction teams as well as the followers with clear instructions and a good portion of fingertips

You have completed training in the field of supply technology You are also a technician:in or Master:in or have a degree in the field of supply technology (e.g. sanitary technology, heating technology, air conditioning, plant engineering or building technology, facility management etc.) You have ideally well-founded experience in project and construction processing, but this is not a condition You like to have first leadership experience and a driving licence B You are a friendly and reliable personality that has fun in contact with customers:inside as well as in teamwork and enthusiastic about their macher mentality
