The aim of our 18-month trainee program is to prepare you for a responsible position in REWE Group's financial sector and to develop you as a junior executive in the long term.

What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: You will learn about the cross-functional cooperation of our Finance Departments of Holding and the Business Units Trade Germany and Handel International. These include the Departments of Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Taxes and M&A. You work in cross-disciplinary core projects and the design of the finance processes and get to know the current challenges and our dynamic environment. You take responsibility: In an individually coordinated deepening phase at the Cologne headquarters, you will participate in your own projects. You'll get in touch: During a practice in one of our markets, you'll get insights into the core business of our branches. You are in the front: During the total of about two-month foreign operations in Vienna, you also work in the financial sector and connect valuable contacts to central interfaces. You will get insights into the key figures relevant to corporate management, create analyses and use databases on issues related to revenue, earnings and cost developments. You look into the future: After a successful 18-month trainee phase, entry into the target position is possible as a junior:in or a comparable position in Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Tax or M&A.

You are open to diversity and want to work with different personalities. You are flexible and open-minded towards new ideas, possess good judgement and a pronounced hand-on mentality. Good communicative skills in German and English as well as sound MS Office skills complete your profile.
