For the “Electromagnetic Warfare Products” section, we are looking for a Project Manager EW Products (w/m/d) The department is responsible for product development and project management of national and international projects in the field of “Electromagnetic Warfare”. In the acquisition phase, the department supports the sales campaigns and creates the corresponding offers for our national and international customers In this position, you support the project management in various organizational and coordination tasks in defined subprojects. You work closely with internal and external teams and contribute to the successful implementation of the project goals. A strong focus is also on Bid activities for the products we are responsible for

Support for project management in the planning and implementation of subprojects, including in the field of internal product development Responsible Bid Management and Creation of Small to Medium Offer for EW Products Working with the creation and maintenance of project plans and monitoring and controlling of project progress Reporting and reporting support (including KPI monitoring and documentation in RiMis, ProMISe) Organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings and documentation of results Support in the coordination of stakeholders such as customers, contractual partners and suppliers Working with the creation of presentations, reports and documentation for project management The readiness for international missions is assumed.

Complete studies in engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable; alternatively relevant vocational training with corresponding experience First Experience in Project Management and Bid Management Good knowledge of the application of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Server An independent, structured and reliable operation as well as high team and communication capability and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your experience in project and bid management and to develop in a complex product and project environment
