Responsibility for monthly and annual IFRS reporting and consolidation of financial data Support in the preparation of annual accounts and quarterly reports Analysis and commentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with a view to the financial performance of the company Initiation and management of projects for standardization and digitization of processes in the interfaces between Finance & Controlling and the remaining CFO resorts (purchasing, IT and HR) Optimizing existing processes and implementing new efficient solutions taking into account best practices Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to identify requirements and develop tailor-made solutions Support in the development and implementation of financial strategies and business processes Creation of ad hoc reports and analyses on request of management

Complete study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in IFRS reporting and/or in a comparable financial position, ideally in an internationally operating company Sufficient knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and accounting and financial analysis Experience in the project management for process optimization, standardization and digitization, in particular in Finance & Controlling Extensive knowledge in the introduction of automation solutions, ERP systems and business intelligence (e.g. Power BI, SAP) Very good analytical skills and a high number affinity Self-employed and structured working methods as well as team skills and communication strength Pragmatic and targeted approach Very good English skills in word and writing
