My tasks: leadership, motivation and strategic orientation of a team of currently 7 employees, design and development of assistance systems for operational system operation, including in the course of our control system project “MCCS”, definition of requirements for assets, customer facilities, processes and IT from the viewpoint of Redispatch retrieval to the preparation of billing, Strategic development of the Redispatch retrieval server of the German transmission system operators, conception of resilient system management concepts for all events – from happy flow to network rebuilding, representing 50Hertz in national and international bodies, quality assurance of redispatch production, Close coordination with the operational teams of the 50Hertz system management to constantly improve the processes.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, established system understanding and deepened energy knowledge – in particular market communication, rights & obligations according to § 13 EnWG and corresponding processes, Very strong interest in the continuous development of employees and methods for the efficient handling of questions in the team, Specific enforcement capability; Affinity for digitalization and automation, Languages: German and English knowledge (each C1).
