The professional training centre (BTZ) Kaiserslautern is a special institution for the professional rehabilitation of people with a mental illness. For 3 years, we have been supporting the development of professional perspectives with the aim of (re)integration into the labour market or in advance into training or retraining. We work closely with clinics, specialist doctors, psychotherapists, social psychiatric services, self-help and family groups as well as with partners from the economy. Strategic management and further development of the Nord-Ost & Mitteldeutschland regional area of the vocational training centres (BTZ) according to §51 of SGB IX Total technical, personnel and economic responsibility for the assigned area, consisting of currently 8 profit center locations in Magdeburg, Berlin, Potsdam, Gotha, Jena, Gera, Oschatz, Chemnitz with around 200 employees Management and development of technically and economically responsible location lines Senior Quality Responsibility for your own area in close cooperation and coordination with the Department of Vocational Training Centres §51 SGB IX for the region “South-West-Mediterranean Germany” and the Department of Vocational Training Centres §51 SGB IX Active participation and design of the BTZ steering group in the faw as well as in the group of educational institutions of the Bavarian economy (bbw group) Participation in the strategic development of the BTZs of faw and as a member of the management of the training academy of the economy (faw) gGmbH for the entire company Acquisition, cooperation and network management with public bodies, ministries, companies, associations, municipalities and counties as well as other partners Budget planning and controlling Representation of the company in the public, in bodies, specialist events and to clients

A relevant, completed university degree in the educational, psychological or commercial field Multiannual guidance experience in vocational education and training with the focus of occupational rehabilitation, mainly in an institution according to §51 SGB IX or comparable Proven experience in leadership of executives incl. Responsibility for budget, personnel and strategy Extensive expertise in occupational rehabilitation Interest in a meaningful task requiring strategic thinking and conceptual action under the conditions of the social market Communication strength and persuasive power Business and labour law knowledge An existing and convincing network of decision-makers and partners in the region Knowledge of the regional labour market in the region of one's own area and nationwide Mobility – mainly in the designated region of the area and sometimes nationwide Reliable knowledge in SGB IX and at best in SGB II/III, VI and VIII Good negotiation skills and a pronounced quality awareness
