Responsible for the change management in the department Representation of the Department in the Change Review Board and other cross-departmental meetings Creation of production regulations for new products Updating existing manufacturing regulations and continuous improvement Conversion of old SAP-generated manufacturing regulations to modular, bilingual manufacturing regulations Creation and updating of SOPs Performance of the Batch Record Reviews of produced batches Representation of the area at audits Implementation of employee training

Natural science studies, e.g. in the field of pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or completed training with many years of professional experience, e.g. as a laboratory or pharmaceutical, ideally with additional qualification Knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry desirable Good communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels (ShopFloor and Management) Good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Reliability, high sense of responsibility and teamability
