Your perspective: As a staff consultant, our executives as well as employees are responsible for all personal questions and act as competent contact persons throughout the entire employee life cycle. You work closely with our recruiter and actively contribute to the recovery of qualified professionals. In addition, you plan and organize personnel development measures and support the targeted further development of our employees. A further focus of your work is on working law issues as well as trusting cooperation with the works council. In addition, you take over tasks in the field of personnel regulators, ensure compliance with statutory and supervisory requirements and accompany appropriate audits and internal audits. You create meaningful evaluations, reporting and personnel statistics and introduce your analytical skills to obtain suitable HR measures. In addition, you can support the payroll billing if required. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the participation in the continuous optimization and digitization of our HR processes as well as by your active participation in concepts and projects, for example in the field of employer branding or process modernization.

Your qualifications: Completed training or studies with a focus on staff, economic law or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in personnel, ideally in the banking environment Knowledge of labour law Safe handling of MS Office and HR systems Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation discretion and trustworthiness Analytical thinking, creative approach and a pronounced communication skills, empathy and team spirit
