Technician / Master Craftsman Work Preparation / Production Planning and Control in Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

As a medium-sized company with more than 50 employees in the field of the production and distribution of cable laying machines and equipment, and the distribution of blow-in devices for micro and glass fiber cables, we are looking for a work-preparer who plans, supports and develops our production processes. Engineer / Master Work Preparation / Production Planning and Control (m/w/d) in Mechanical Engineering

Planning, control and monitoring of production orders taking into account dates, capacities and resources Date tracking and securing the reading dates Monitoring and cross-departmental reports of current production status Maintenance and updating of production status in the ERP system Feasibility testing and approval of manufacturing orders for end products in the sense of quality testing Examination for form and completeness, booking and archiving of production orders incl. Tracking of deviations Ensuring a smooth production process through close coordination with purchasing, construction and sales Creation and analysis of production indicators Support in the further development of the ERP system and digital processes Report refund to Operations Manager

Complete technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic with further development to technician, master etc.) Organizational capacity, communication strength and ability to convince teams Solution-oriented, structured, conscientious and independent operation Multiannual professional experience in work preparation or production planning Experience in the application of common Lean methods (e.g. value flow, Ishikawa) Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Good knowledge of English in word and writing
