Team Leader Service Coordination / Service Disposition – Germany – Bielefeld (m/f/d)

Team management: technical and disciplinary management and further development of service coordination. Representation: Support for service management in the entire service business in Germany. Customer communication: Active communication with customers and service technicians, advice and support in enquiries. Project management: independent takeover of projects and participation in special tasks. Service orders: creation and tracking of service offers and orders. Data management: managing and optimizing databases to ensure efficient processes. Warehouse management: organisation and maintenance of service warehouses including inventory.

Education: Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. to the industrial businessman (m/w/x), ideally with further training to the specialist (m/w/x) or comparable. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in service coordination, service disposition, in technical customer service or after-sales environment Communication strength: Embossed ability to communicate with customers and internal interfaces. Organizational institution: High level of organisational capacity, sense of responsibility and structured working. Hands-on mentality: Practical and solution-oriented approach, even in stressful situations. Customer orientation: Competent appearance on the phone and pleasure in direct customer contact. Team skills: ability to lead a team, motivate and efficiently organize. IT knowledge: Very good knowledge in MS Office, SAP and Field Service Management systems.
