You accompany new building, rebuilding and renovation projects in our real estate, from planning and approval to execution to construction removal. You work trustfully and effectively with architects, Statikers, Monumental Protection and the various craftsmen, making it a smooth construction process. You move professionally to the height of your eyes with the mentioned groups and ask for a good understanding of the wishes of builders. You accept the invitation to tender for services, pick up appropriate offers and provide a good basis for decision-making. You are monitoring the building budget and guaranteeing the costs are under control and deviations are discussed.

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering, and in-depth training in crafts, construction designers, etc. or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in project management of construction/maintenance projects. Experience gained in the tendering, tender evaluation and auditing of construction projects. Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and contract rights in the field of construction. Wide interest in building and technical solutions, including in the preservation of monuments. Good communication skills, a solution-oriented way of working, independentness, and organisational skills. Class B licence.
