IT System Engineer Managed Service (m/f/d)

Together with the Remote Operation Center (ROC) team, you can handle the operation and proactive monitoring of our customers' data center infrastructures and ensure a stable operation. Analyzing disorders, performing fault analyses, actively working on the disorder and developing sustainable solutions to increase system stability; After a comprehensive introduction, you take the technical responsibility for defined customer environments. You plan, coordinate and perform changes as well as maintenance work and manage modern server, storage, virtualization and backup solutions. You work independently and at the same time closely with experienced Bechtle IT experts as well as the architecture, consulting and project teams and accompany the transfer of new customer environments to the regular operation. You are a contact person for our customers in technical questions, work solution-oriented and thus contribute to a high customer satisfaction. You work with modern monitoring, ticketing and automation solutions, supports the development of a proactive management and keeps you up-to-date with certifications and further training.

(m/d) System integration or studies in (technical) computer science or business informatics At least two years of professional experience in the operation of complex DataCenter IT infrastructures Extensive practical experience with virtualization, compute, storage and backup Knowledge found in Microsoft Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP Extensive analysis and solution competence as well as team skills and service pleasure Personally, we like your communication strength as well as your service-oriented thinking and acting.
