SAP Inhouse Allrounder (m/f/d)

– Coordination & Project Management: You take over the coordination of SAP rollouts and contribute significantly to the management of SAP projects of third parties, for example in the S/4HANA environment. This includes planning, monitoring and reporting. – Interface function: You act as a primary contact person and translator:in between the different Departments (e.g. sales, production, purchasing, finance) and internal IT/SAP teams as well as external service providers:inside. – Requirement management: You accept support requests, change needs and suggestions for improvement of the specialist departments, analyze them precisely, prioritize them and actively put them into technical Specifications and solutions around. – Process analysis & optimization: You analyze existing business processes in detail, identify optimization potentials in the SAP system and develop innovative solutions for increasing efficiency and process improvement together with the specialist areas and IT. – Implementation & Go-Live: You are actively involved in the design of solution designs, supported by Test scenarios, accompany go-live activities (including post-go live support) and perform training for end users: inside and key users. – Documentation & quality assurance: You provide a comprehensive and comprehensible documentation of all relevant SAP processes, configurations and adaptations securely to the data and process quality to ensure long-term. – Continuous further development: You are actively exploring market trends in the SAP environment, evaluating new functions and possibilities and drive the continuous development of our SAP applications and -Processes ahead.

– Education: You bring a completed degree in (economic) informatics, business administration or a comparable higher vocational training. – Professional experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in the SAP environment, ideally in roles such as Key User, IT Business Partner, Process Coordinator or the like. – SAP expert: You have a very good understanding of the common SAP structures and a deep Process understanding in at least one core module (e.g. SD, MM, PP, FI/CO). Experience with SAP implementations or rollouts is a strong plus, especially with regard to S/4HANA. – Analytical skills: Your work is analytical, structured and conceptually strong. You can quickly capture complex facts and translate them into concise solutions. – Communication strength: You are a communicative personality, convincing in appearance and able to interact with specialist areas as well as technical experts, both in German and in good to very good English. – Teamplayer: You like to work in the team, share your knowledge and actively support colleagues. – Solution orientation: You see challenges as opportunities and bring a pronounced “Hands-on” mentality to address problems proactively and develop sustainable solutions.
