As part of the QK team responsible for Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) and Molke You have a wide range of organizational and laboratory activities in the laboratory and in the take of whey. Your tasks include:

Daily review of the quality control records of production staff as well as ensuring complete and regular documentation carrying out chemical and physical analyses in addition to in-process control in accordance with applicable test plans and test regulations Maintenance, maintenance and calibration of the associated analyzers according to the valid calibration and control regulations Continuous maintenance and monitoring of calibrations of the FT-NIR measuring instruments used (Broker company) Independent organization of your own workflow within the team and timely implementation of all tasks

Completed food-related training, for example as a dairy laboratory technician, milk technology with laboratory experience or in a comparable qualification First practical experience in the laboratory and interest in chemical and physical analyses Self-employed, careful and responsible work High quality awareness and joy in structured documentation Team skills and organizational talent for independent planning of daily tasks German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
