Senior Manager Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

You act as commercial savings partners within the management team and participate in strategic and financial issues and decisions. You continuously develop corporate finance and treasury structures and accompany financing topics. You shall communicate with banks and financial partners and prepare financial analyses and decision-making bases. You are responsible for the further development of reporting, planning and governance structures and create transparency about the Group's economic development. You drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of finance processes and management systems. You work closely with local finance organisations and promote the exchange of best practices. You support cross-departmental projects and support the further development of the financial organisation. You take over the professional leadership and the further development of a small team of Finance Specialists.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline with a focus on Finance. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance, treasury, finance, transaction advisory, audit or a comparable function in an international environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of financing, liquidity management and the handling of banks and financing partners. You are delighted to develop financial structures and improve processes sustainably. You convince by strategic thinking as well as by a pragmatic, hands-on mode of operation. You stand up safely, communicate convincingly and move confidently at management level. You like to work in an international environment and have very good knowledge of German and English.
