In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a deputy nursing service (m/w/d) for administration in our office in Hannover – with flexible operations in care in Lower Saxony.

Your tasks – varied & responsible Flexible mix of administration (approximately 75%) and care (approximately 25%) – we agree on the exact division together Design and optimization of the care and care process Ensuring and further developing our quality assurance measures Active support in attracting new clients: women for intensive care Conducting employee talks and promoting a positive team culture Contact person:in for our employees in all care matters

This is ideally brought with you Complete training in health care and (child care)care, old care or nursing PDL appearance desirable – but no requirement Experience in administration and employee management Knowledge of extraclinical intensive care (incl. respiration) desirable Organisational joy, sense of responsibility and emotional communication Self-safe appearance, flexibility and openness Medifox knowledge of advantage Driving licence Class B and mobility readiness
