Cooperation and coordination of warehouse production within a team Professional leadership of employees Working with employees Team deployment planning Coordination of tasks according to guidance Responsible for the proper implementation of the defined processes in the warehouse Daily meeting with the Warehouse shift manager Team meetings as required Implementation of order and cleanliness within a warehouse area recognition of optimization and improvement potentials and their implementation Monitoring the proper handling of employees with the technical resources used (e.g. forklift trucks, speed runners)
