Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related field Proven track record in pricing strategies within dynamic shipping environments, preferably in Short-Sea Trade Management Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in approaches Advanced proficiency in QlikView/QlikSense, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels Systematic, goal-oriented work approach combined with strong business acumen Fluent English (business proficiency) with additional European languages as an advantage Self-driven personality with proven ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
