Personally responsible implementation of the monthly billing of charges, including all incidentals, taking into account the relevant tariff, tax and social insurance requirements Edit all personnel cases from entry to exit (work contracts, work contract documents, correspondence, etc.) Contact person for employees and managers in all personnel matters Support and application of the personnel management and time management system used Communication with authorities, offices, health insurance companies and insurance companies Continuous implementation of fixed tasks and cooperation in HR projects

A completed commercial training, ideally an additional qualification as a specialist/woman Multiannual professional experience in personnel management and pay billing (ideally in hospital or healthcare) Experience in the application of a tariff Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law A dedicated, expertly-competent and responsible work High social competence and communication skills
