You are responsible for the overall pedagogical concept of the nursing school and the further development of the organisational conception as well as the proper implementation of the training for nursing and nursing assistance. You manage the budget of the nursing school and are responsible for personnel selection and personnel deployment planning. You represent the school, the employees and trainees in the internal and external relations, maintain contacts and cooperation with cooperation partners as well as the district government and build this network. You like to share your knowledge with others and enjoy helping people achieve their professional goals.

You are pedagogically qualified and have completed higher education at master or comparable levels. You have ideally already gained relevant leadership experience in nursing schools. You have current knowledge of the care industry. You provide a reliable and self-responsible way of working, willingness to develop personal and professional skills and media competence.
