Engaged and earnings-oriented employees Development of products and solutions for marine and offshore applications in close cooperation with customers, marketing managers and local teams Conducting customer surveys to analyze customer requirements and needs Analysis of the market and competition environment Definition of technical requirements and specifications as basis for product development Cooperation with R&E and production in the development of innovative products and system solutions Analysis of procurement markets and qualification of new suppliers for system and supplementary products such as e.g. Panels Conducting and/or performing test series for fire behaviour and noise protection in Saint-Gobain's own and external laboratories and test stands, including participation in the design of the test samples Support in the certification of our products and system solutions by external testing organisations Implementation of product training and presentations Support in the creation of technical documentation and marketing documents Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions Answering technical customer requests

Customer-oriented and innovative personalities with a completed engineering degree Expert knowledge in the fields of fire protection and acoustics Professional experience in R&E or in product development Problem solving competence knowledge of English and German an independent, targeted way of working a pronounced communication and team capability
