technical consulting of the project management in the field of geotechnical engineering (earth and groundwater) Project management and control of building and foundation consulting technical opinion and assessment of building plots / geotechnical reports and environmental and waste management reports Coordination and monitoring of external building landlords:inside Support for special depth work Participation in the supervision of a urban groundwater monitoring Honorary negotiations with external engineering offices Creating calculations and support in building monitoring of founding and earthwork Participation in location assessments for real estate management

completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering in the field of geotechnical engineering or construction engineering the field of engineering geology or geosciences or comparable discipline with long-term professional experience Professional experience in building and foundation consulting is desirable Qualified knowledge of basic construction studies are advantageous well-founded computer skills (e.g. MS Office programs, common basic building programs) Planning and organisation of work independent work Enforcement and negotiation skills Cooperation and team skills intercultural competence
