Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for our Evaluation and Supply Design division in Berlin.

Your duties

Head of thematically diverse evaluation, research and consulting projects for health care in Germany Technical and organizational overall responsibility for the projects from acquisition and conception to implementation and outcome presentation Acquisition of the deputy management of the area of evaluation and supply design with technical and organizational tasks as well as further development of employees and processes together with the department management Confidential cooperation with clients, including coordination of the actions of the project team and presentation of (intermediate) results Planning of work packages, delegation of the processing of individual work packages to colleagues in the project team, coordination and quality assurance of the work of the project team Write scientific texts and project reports, including the development of conclusions and recommendations to the client Collection, preparation and analysis and evaluation of different primary and secondary data including subsequent illustration of the results

Graduate (at least Diploma or Master) in Epidemiology, Public Health, Sociology, Economics, Health Economics, Psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in research or in a comparable function Professional experience with management function (heading of empirical research projects, lead of employees) Very good empirical-methodic knowledge, in particular for primary data collections; of advantage experience with secondary data (e.g. routine data of health insurance companies, official statistics) Experience in dealing with relevant statistics software (preferably R) High readiness to work on new issues and relationships High scientific claim and high customer orientation High level of ready-to-use and outcome orientation as well as a thorough, accurate and efficient operation
