Payroll accountant with interface to financial accounting (m/f/d)

In payroll accounting, you act as a service provider for our locations and, in particular, ensure structured and reliable operations at the financial accounting interface. You serve as an interface between pay and financial accounting, including accounting and voting of content-relevant accounts. You edit content-relevant booking documents and book them in SAGE. You shall participate in annual accounts and external audits. You are responsible for the independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly salary bills. You maintain and manage accounting-relevant master and movement data in HR Works and DATEV LODAS. You check the sample calculations and make necessary corrections. You create certificates and process all content-relevant documents. You are a contact person for employees, executives, social security institutions, authorities and tax advisors. You actively contribute your experience and support the further development of our pay and billing processes.

a completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or in a comparable field or an IHK-tested payroll accounting (m/w/d), – alternatively a study with a focus on BWL, accounting or personnel. Have already gained practical experience in payroll accounting or want to develop in this area. ideally have already worked with DATEV LODAS as well as digital HR or accounting systems and SAGE. work structured, carefully and responsibly – especially in dealing with sensitive personal data. bring a service-oriented operation and like to act as a contact person for different interfaces. feel comfortable with the 'WIR feeling' and our family working environment.
