Industrial mechanic / fitter

As part of our maintenance team, you provide high plant availability, support preventive maintenance and actively contribute to the technical development of our systems. So you make an important contribution to our high quality, safety and production standards every day. At the next possible time, we are looking for an industrial mechanic / operating lock at the Niedernhausen (NSB) site with the following tasks: Maintenance, maintenance and repair work on production and auxiliary installations Analysis and elimination of mechanical disturbances to ensure a smooth production process Implementation of preventive maintenance measures Repair, overhaul and assembly of industrial plant components such as pumps, filters, agitators, dissolvers and other units of process engineering Documentation and feedback of work carried out in the SAP-PM system Self-requirement and ordering of spare parts and consumables via the Ariba procurement system Production and adaptation of simple mechanical components and components Support for reconstruction measures and technical optimization projects Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, in particular in the handling of installations in hazardous areas (ATEX/Ex protection) Processing of incoming fault messages and conversion of these into work orders including their processing and documentation Close cooperation with production, technology and other specialist departments

Successfully completed vocational training: industrial mechanic, factory lock, plant mechanic or comparable technical training Good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of mechanical repair of different technical installations and aggregates Ideally experience in handling pumps, filters, stirrers, mills or comparable industrial plants Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of industrial production facilities Understanding working safety and experience in hazardous areas (ex-protection) desirable Good computer skills and safe handling of digital systems (MS Office/ SAP PM/ Ariba) Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility and team skills Ready for flexible takeover of different maintenance tasks
