To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced specialist with a strong HR service competence as Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Strategic setup of a central HR Admin Services to ensure support for approx. 1,200 employees Harmonisation and standardisation of HR processes across two companies Definition and implementation of efficient, scalable HR administration processes (e.g. on/offboarding, contract management, personal files, certificates) Use and development of Workday for digital imaging and automation of HR processes Leadership and further development of the team consisting of 3 HR-Service specialist:inside Close cooperation with HR managers, Payroll, IT and other interfaces Active change management and communication within the framework of transformation

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, human resources, organisational development or a comparable subject area Experience in building and managing HR Shared Services – ideally in a dynamic, international environment In-depth expertise in HR administration, process design and digital tools – especially Workday and Tisoware Experience in the harmonisation of HR processes across different companies or locations Impressed communication strength, leadership skills and a hands-on mentality, with which topics are proactively advanced Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
