Working hours: Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:30

You coordinate our hall employees and ensure that containers are properly loaded and unloaded and packages are sorted and scanned correctly

During sorting, monitor the container flows and ensure optimal utilization of the belt system

You are responsible for compliance with the Safety Directives and implement measures to improve safety standards

You perform administrative tasks such as managing statistics, creating reports and documentation of relevant processes

You support the operational and holiday planning of the employees in Halle, Hof and Lager

You convince by a safe and friendly appearance as well as an independent way of working

You have pronounced communication skills and a good sense in dealing with people

Ideally, you bring industry experience in the field of KEP or forwarding with you

First leadership experience, e.g. as a foreman or representation, is desirable

You are characterized by a high quality standards and a pronounced start-up mentality
