Welder (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time welder (m/w/d) for one of our well-known customer companies.

Your tasks:

• Welding work: production of sheet metal and pipe assemblies in the hall, directly on the component or on device tables.
• Variety of materials: processing of construction steel, pressure tank steel and stainless steel, including mixed connections.
• Methods: Welding techniques such as MAG and WIG, burning cutting with acetylene oxygen.
• Seam design: Finishing of throat, double-thread and stump stitches – on one side and on both sides, with high dimensional accuracy.
• Welding positions: Work in the positions PA, PB, PF and PH – depending on the component geometry and position.
• Quality assurance: visual inspection of the seams and participation in external testing methods such as ultrasonic, metal powder or penetration tests.

They bring with them:

• Training: Complete vocational training in the metal sector, e.g. as a welder, structural mechanic, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, metal maker (m/w/d) or comparable professional experience.
• Practical experience: Finded knowledge of welding sheets from 10 mm and pipes with wall thicknesses from 5 mm.
• Welding test: Detection of MAG and WIG welding methods on sheet metal and pipe of advantage, but not absolutely necessary.
• Operation: Careful, responsible and quality-oriented – with a view to details and standards.
