Head of Department SDC - Tax and Accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring personnel deployment planning, recruitment, and development of your department. You will be supported by our central support unit. You take on the disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility for team leaders:inside and expert: your employees develop:in strengthen-oriented. In addition, you provide a smooth transfer of information and knowledge within your department and other departments as well as your contact person: inside the Service Tax. You initiate the further development of our existing service portfolio for the business sector and tax exciting projects on the strategic development of your department in close cooperation with the management level. The further and new development of our portfolio in tax topics as internal:r service provider: your area of responsibility completes.

You have a degree in economics or financial sciences or a tax training, for example as a tax specialist:r, tax specialist:in or financial economist. You bring several years of professional experience in the tax environment, financial or wage accounting, ideally from a corporate tax department or from the corporate tax, tax compliance, tax advisory (e.g. Big4, Next Ten or medium-sized tax consulting). Your specialist focus is on tax issues, such as income tax returns, tax compliance, tax processes or in exchange with financial authorities and external consultants. You have the pleasure of management and leadership tasks and have first leadership experience e.g. by project, audit or professional team management. The collaboration across interfaces lies with you and you understand how to manage tax issues structured, solution-oriented and with high service orientation. A strong team and service orientation, communication strength as well as a high degree of organizational talent are the hallmark of you. Your work is also targeted, independent and characterized by a high sense of responsibility. A low readiness to travel is good for you. Very good German knowledge of C1 level and good English knowledge of at least B2 level complete your profile.
