As a production employee (m/w/d) in plastics production in the manufacturing industry, you ensure that the production processes work smoothly and that parts are processed in high quality. The 3-shift operation offers you a clearly structured working day with varied tasks at the plant and in the manufacturing process.

• You support the production and further processing of plastic products in ongoing production.
• Machines and equipment are operated, monitored and supplied with material as part of your installation.
• Quality controls are part of your everyday life so that manufactured parts meet the specified requirements.
• In case of simple refurbishment, cleaning and preparation work, you can pack reliably.
• The documentation of production steps and vulnerabilities is also part of your task.
• Materials, finished parts and workplaces keep you neat and organized so that the process in the layer remains stable.
• In the team, you are helping to detect disturbances early and pass them on to the competent authorities.

We are looking for

A reliable profile is required, which likes to work practically and works quickly into clearly structured production processes. For the position as a production employee (m/w/d) - plastic production, readiness to use, care and team skills are of particular importance.

• A vocational qualification is of advantage for this task, but it is also possible to enter directly after training or as a starter.
• interest in the production of plastics and in the activity in an industrial environment.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation.
• Responsible handling of materials, machines and quality specifications.
• A conscientious and reliable operation, even if the processes are rapid.
• Team spirit and willingness to work on new tasks.
