Your tasks: Food preparation: preparation of hot and cold dishes taking into account diet and special food forms. Food planning & organisation: Support in planning and preparation of meals and ensuring a smooth kitchen drain. Hygiene & Quality: Control and compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP. Team management & support: guidance and support of kitchen assistants. Goods management & cleaning: acceptance, storage and control of food as well as maintenance of work areas and kitchen appliances.

Your profile: Education: Completed training as a cook. Professional knowledge: First experience or interest in senior nutrition and hygiene standards (HACCP) are of advantage, but not a prerequisite. Working method: Reliable, independent, teamable and resilient. Flexibility: ready for weekend work. Social competence: Friendly dealing with colleagues and residents.
