Your tasks as machine operator CNC carousel lathe:

• Processing of components with a diameter of up to 2 meters
• Implementation of CNC machining tasks on a carousel turning machine with Sinumerik 840D control
• Self-assembly of the machine taking into account the work documents
• Establishment of devices and control of pre-set tools; if required, initiation of adjustments or new acquisition
• Reading, testing and customizing CNC programs
• clamping and precise alignment of the workpieces
• Complete machining of components according to drawing specifications
• Implementation of measurement checks with various measuring instruments
• correction of program and machine parameters, in particular coordinates and cut values, for deviations
• Collection and documentation of production data according to the operational requirements in the BDE system

Your profile as machine operator CNC carousel lathe:

• Ideally you have completed vocational training in the metal sector
• Professional experience in metalworking
• Finded CNC knowledge
• Experience in the self-examination or self-controller
• Secure reading and understanding of technical drawings
• Ability to read and understand CNC programs
• Crane license desirable
• Advantageous occupational health precautionary examination G25
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Experience in handling large components desirable
• knowledge of Sinumerik 840D control
• readiness to work in the layer system (3 - layer system)
• Teamability and reliability
• High level of responsibility, quality awareness and precision at work
