As a central interface for our customers, you take over first contact persons in all aspects of shipment tracking and ensure reliable, service-oriented communication. You shall check the applicable requirements and requirements for shipment processing and coordinate them with the competent authorities. By working carefully, you process internal and external complaints efficiently and solution-oriented. You will be in close contact with various departments, branches as well as partners and service providers. You analyse incidental problems within the course of the broadcast and initiate targeted measures to ensure a timely solution. You have good English skills in word and writing and ideally have further language skills. You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and have fun working in new processes and IT systems. You are open-minded, communicative and team-capable with a pronounced service affinity.
