In the customer service of Vonovia, you will arrange a dynamic team for satisfied customers. Around 1,200 employees work at our locations in Berlin, Dresden and Essen:inside the concerns of our tenants:inside – in a collegial environment with attractive working conditions.

Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of five team leaders:inside and approx. 70 employees:inside as well as coaching and further development while ensuring a good operating climate Determination and Ensuring Area-specific Objectives Considering the Extensive Vonovia Quality Standards and Guidelines Analysis of business processes, development of process optimizations and their implementation in cooperation with other group companies, departments or service providers:inside Implementation of professional quality and service management based on KPI and further development of workflows Accompanying the recruiting process and recruiting new employees: within the responsibility area Collaborative cooperation with stakeholders, departments and works councils as well as coordination of workflows and information processes in all relevant internal and external interface areas

completed commercial vocational training or studies (e.g. in the real estate sector, BWL, VWL, communication or similar) Multiannual professional experience in the real estate industry and/or other industries with intensive customer contact Insufficient experience in staff: management and/or management of executives Experience in handling key figures and targets, as well as control according to specific KPIs Very good computer skills (MS-Office and ideally SAP) You convince us: a high level of customer and service orientation, great communication strength, empathy and sovereign appearance Commitment, flexibility and the basic willingness to service trips complete your profile
