Atlassian Platform Owner (m/f/d)

Strategic development of the Atlassian platform: Responsibility for the further development and future security of Jira and Confluence as well as the development of a coordinated platform roadmap taking into account transformation and migration scenarios. Governance, architecture and standards: further development of the Atlassian governance including role and authorization concepts, usage and operating processes as well as technical standards taking into account security, data protection, compliance and regulatory requirements. Requirement and change management: recording, evaluating and prioritizing requirements from specialist areas and IT as well as controlling changes, releases and new Atlassian functionalities in terms of their benefit to the company. Stable and customer-oriented platform operation: Ensuring a reliable, efficient and sustainable operation in close cooperation with Atlassian Administration, Application Management, IT architecture and other relevant IT units. Stakeholder, service provider and business management: coordination and consulting of departments and IT, control of external service providers and resources as well as responsibility for performance indicators, costs and the economic development of the Atlassian platform.

Education & Qualification: Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the Atlassian environment. Atlassian expertise: Funded knowledge in Jira and Confluence as well as experience in the administration, conception and strategic development of Atlassian platforms, ideally in the Data Center/On-Premises environment. Governance & Platform Management: Experience in building and developing governance, operating and usage concepts as well as knowledge in platform architecture, authorization management, interfaces and technical dependencies. Requirement & Stakeholder Management: Experience in Demand, Product or Platform Management as well as strong customer and service orientation, communication strength and experience in cooperation with departments, IT units and service providers. Personal & technical competences: High sense of responsibility, enforcing and a structured and solution-oriented way of working; Knowledge of information security, data protection, compliance and regulated environments are advantageous.
