In this responsible function, you report real estate directly to the managing director of the Management Division II and, in close cooperation with your business group, create forward-looking structures in your business area for the real estate strategy and development and the integrated facility management. At the core, you are responsible for managing the business unit with the areas of housing, social and special construction supported by building technology and project service and control.

Technical and disciplinary management of the Construction Project Management division as well as the development and further development of the interdisciplinary team, which in its role as contractor representation is responsible for the management of construction projects (LPH 3-8 HOAI) in compliance with budget, appointment and quality requirements Development of future-oriented organisational structures and processes in the business sector as a basis for the further growth of the company Development and implementation of innovative concepts for building project management to ensure sustainable and efficient processes Identification and management of risks in construction projects and implementation of quality management strategies Contact person:in for financing topics (including funding measures and cost-effectiveness audits) in close coordination with finance and controlling Selection, coordination and control of external service providers: Responsibility for the acceptance of planning services and construction measures and the smooth transition to operation Responsibility for reporting and reporting including project controlling Ensuring project completion analysis with experience assurance Compliance with compliance regulations, legal requirements, quality standards and applicable legal bases Considering ecological and social sustainability aspects in construction projects, in particular with regard to energy-efficient construction and climate-neutral real estate Creation of opinions and presentations and advice from different user groups regarding structural/user-specific issues Close cooperation with political institutions, authorities and other relevant actors to ensure successful project realization Implementation of digital solutions to increase efficiency in planning, construction and transfer of real estate projects Support of the company in the transformation towards future-oriented construction and real estate processes

Completed academic studies (Master/Diplom), ideally in architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction management (stock and/or new construction) and in the control of complex construction projects, preferably in the areas of social, housing or special construction Proven successes in the management of specialist areas with technical, economic and construction law Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience, ideally from an interdisciplinary team/business area Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured, result-oriented way of working Experience with methods for increasing efficiency in construction projects, such as Lean Construction and agile methods Funded knowledge in digital construction project management with proven experience with modern technologies (e.g. BIM, digital construction file, project controlling software) Knowledge of public procurement, construction (HOAI, AHO and VOB) and contract law as well as compliance Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with a high level of readiness, strength of enforcement and diplomatic negotiation skills In-depth understanding of public and private funding and financing models in construction High communication strength at different levels and ability to control internal and external stakeholders Excellent conflict management with the ability to successfully coordinate different interests of users, builders and authorities.
