Machine Setter (m/w/d)

With around 3,500 people, we use our customers with deep technical understanding and innovative strength. We generated more than EUR 450 million in revenue in the last financial year. In order to better implement our growth strategy, we are looking for a workforce of around 800 employees at our Wiggensbach/Allgäu site:

Support and monitoring of highly automated production facilities Ensuring compliance with quantities and deadlines Initial testing of product quality in the ongoing manufacturing process Regular maintenance work to ensure plant availability Continuous optimization of production plants and processes Documentation of the production process to ensure high process transparency

Embossed understanding of technical relationships, especially in (fein-)mechanical topics Technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, machine and plant leader, automotive mechatronic, electronics, metal builders or in a similar profession Ideally experience in industrial, automated production Willingness to shift
