Leadership & Organisation: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small, specialised team; active development of team members; close operational cooperation at eye level Management Accounting & Result Accounting: Responsibility for Group-wide Contribution and Result Logic in S4/HANA; ensuring the technical consistency of cost centers, profit centers and order logics; Development of internal income accounting and control system as well as a consistent internal financial reporting SAP CO & BI System Responsibility: Professional responsibility for SAP CO incl. Customizing requirements; Management and further development of the BW/BI financial reporting landscape (PowerBI, SAC); Ensuring data quality, consistency and system stability Planning systems & tools: Responsibility for integrated planning processes and their systemic implementation (BW-IP, SAP Analytics Cloud); Development of planning logics and structures in close coordination with the department Automation, Governance & Standards: Further development of automated controlling processes; Responsibility for Data Governance, Reporting, Planning and Permission Standards Projects & Transformation: Working with and managing finance transformation projects in the context of S/4HANA and the controlling system landscape; professional translator between controlling, finance and IT Stakeholder management: specialist contact for complex system, data and control issues; Management support through a valid database and resilient reporting infrastructure

Complete study of business management, business informatics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in Management Accounting / Group Controlling Very good knowledge of SAP CO; well-founded experience in BW/BI and integrated planning solutions (BW-IP, SAC) Technical understanding of data modeling, system architecture and process automation in controlling context First management experience or proven technical management responsibility Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English
