Industrial Foreman - Metalworking (Direct Hiring) (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Enforce compliance with occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental legislation Responsibility for the use of personnel and resources Continuous improvement and further development of production possibilities and methods Planning and ensuring the quality and timely production of customer orders Planning, structuring, control and monitoring of production processes Professional leadership and development of employees

You bring the following skills: Multiannual professional and management experience in a medium-sized production company, ideally in plant engineering Very good knowledge of production and resource planning Advanced knowledge of manufacturing technologies and methods (in particular welding techniques WIG, MAG) Extensive knowledge of occupational safety, health and environmental protection Knowledge of business principles experience in handling and using lean management methods or Methods for process improvement (e.g. Kaizen, Lean, 5S) Used in handling MS-Office standard software as well as ERP programs High technical know-how combined with pragmatism and cleverness
