About us

Café Reinhardt is a traditional family business with roots up to 1883. Our bakery, confectionery and cafes are firmly anchored in the Alster Valley. Today, our team counts around 120 dedicated employees who are there for our guests in production, sales and service 365 days a year.

In addition to our production site in Poppenbüttel, we operate a branch in the Alstertal shopping centre and a café with shop at the Wellingsbüttler Train Station.

With great love for craftsmanship and great care, we produce high-quality bread, cake and cake specialties – according to traditional and modern recipes. We use only high-quality, largely regional and seasonal raw materials to meet our high quality standards daily.

Your duties

• As a manager, you lead your employees and support them in the process and development

• You make a smooth business process

• You present and sell our goods, feed our snacks and prepare coffee specialities

• Cashiers

• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

• Cleaning and care of the sales area

• Working hours depend on a shift plan within opening hours (working days 05:30–20:00, Sundays and holidays 07:00–18:30)

• Through your training or professional activity, you bring experience in sales, trade, (system) gastronomy, hotel industry or comparable, as well as initial leadership experience with
• You are ready to work with your team in different layers
• Changing work situations can't get you out of rest so quickly
• Joy in dealing with people and selling
• Careful appearance and friendly appearance
• Reliability, teamability, flexibility and self-responsibility
• good knowledge of German
• Minimum age 20 years
