A completed training in technical or crafts, ideally with a training in facility management or comparable qualification. Multiannual relevant professional experience in facility management or in the field of building services. First leadership experience and joy in developing teams and working together across areas. Embossed technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and high service orientation. Safe handling of digital tools and openness for modern processes. Loadability, flexibility and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations.

You are responsible for the optimal management of our technical infrastructure, outdoor facilities, fleet and general building equipment. You co-ordinate and tax external service providers and craft companies and act as a central contact person for all the topics relevant to the facility. You also perform operational tasks, perform minor repairs, monitor building technology and support internal relocations as well as reconstructions. You ensure compliance with fire, safety and accident prevention regulations. For technical disorders and infrastructural issues, you are the first contact person to find a solution. Together with the catering team, you are responsible for the organisation and quality of the hospitality of guests and events. You will also take the professional and disciplinary leadership of the teams from facility management, reception and catering. You develop existing processes and ensure a service-oriented and smooth operation in everyday work. .
