Head of exciting projects (concept, planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up), interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level with other colleagues from other disciplines, unions and partners Research & negotiations, including with service providers and partners, locations, artists, trade fair construction companies and hotels Creation and processing of detailed cost plans, bills and offers Optimization of internal work processes and processes with external partners as well as leadership and further development of employees

Completed training (organization businesswoman / businessman or office businessman) or study with focus on event management, marketing, communication Professional experience (min. 3 years) in a comparable position Strong organizational skills Self-employed, well-organised, conscientious and service-oriented work Strokeness, self-confidence, teamability and a cool head Very good German and good English skills in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Driving licence (class B)
