Social Advisor / Specialist Social Counseling (m/w/d) - Employee Advice in Parttime (50%)

Psychosocial advice from employees in challenging professional and private situations Support for mental stress, workplace conflicts and mental impairments and addiction diseases Advice on family problems (e.g. separation, divorce, education, care of relatives) Case-related cooperation with internal interfaces (work medicine, operational integration management, etc.) Cooperation with external institutions (search assistance, networks for mental illnesses)

Completed studies, e.g. Bachelor of Arts Social Work, Diplom-Social Workerin, Diplom-Social Educationin or Similar Graduate Professional experience in dealing with mentally burdened or ill people Continuing training in system consulting Experience in conflict moderation / mediation Understanding operational framework conditions Structured, solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office Good English knowledge of word and writing

We pay a collective salary based on the chemical tariff and, if necessary, Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
