Project Manager in Maintenance

For the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we are looking for you as project manager at the next possible time: in the maintenance at the Berlin site in an indefinite order. As project manager:in the department of projects and revisions within the project management in the field of maintenance, you are responsible for the preparation, implementation and refurbishment of site-specific/interfaced maintenance projects in Berlin, among others, the annual revisions at the production sites. In doing so, it is your task to work across the various locations in Berlin. Responsive and represent project goals with regard to time, budget and quality, as well as planning and controlling part-measures of your area of expertise. To achieve your goals, you will be able to support the project management office engineering and operational maintenance departments. Your tasks You are responsible for the technical, temporal and commercial execution of your maintenance projects in order to achieve the project objectives. You always use your sovereign project management methods in a result-oriented manner and thus pursue a consistent project success. You take over the professional leadership of your own project teams and formulation of Tasks of the team members in compliance with a uniform implementation Project standard. You represent/represent your projects to internal & external stakeholders as well as regular reports (e.g. monthly steering circles, management reviews, etc.) to decision bodies within the organization. You work with the further development of our project standards and the management tools.

You have completed your studies at a university or university in the field of mechanical engineering, engineering, process engineering, engineering, electrical engineering or in a comparable course of study. You have the ability to deal with complex problems in a targeted manner. You work structured, accurate and efficient and are open to alternative technical solutions – also different from existing solutions. Ideally, you have experience in energy and power plant technology. You convince by very good communication skills. You have good knowledge about MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). You ideally have experience in dealing with SAP. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
