• Support for early childhood education in all relevant Education

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training in the group and in the institution

• Coordination of pedagogical work in the institution or groups

• you have a degree as an educator with a state-of-the-art recognition, curative caregiver, health care and children's caregiver*in or are graduates of the degree programmes "social work", "inertial education", "healing education" with well-founded, up-to-date expertise in elementary education or comparable qualifications according to the current NRW Staff Regulation

• you are familiar with the educational principles NRW and want to support our institutions in practical implementation

• you are open to change and like to introduce your ideas and expertise
