independent calculation of offers for planning services according to HOAI and Creation of fees, hourly calculations and quantity determinations Analysis and evaluation of tender documents and customer requests Close cooperation with project managers, management and controlling Care and development of costing bases and tools Participation in strategic offering design

Complete degree in architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as an offer calculator of planning services Knowledge of HOAI and relevant compensation schemes Safe handling of MS Excel; ideally experience with AVA and ERP software Required: English knowledge
