As Managing Director (m/w/d), you take over the strategic and operational management and financial responsibility for two business units in Germany within an international group of companies. You shape the development in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare and actively contribute to the growth and strengthening of the market position. In close cooperation with the Managing Director at Group level and the Site Manager, you optimize operations and implement a clear growth strategy that achieves measurable success. Head of the operational operation of both companies and takeover of the complete P&L (sales and costs) Promoting the growth and expansion of customer relationships in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare Development and implementation of a growth strategy with clear objectives and measurable progress Leadership and development of a powerful team and responsibility for budget planning and implementation Optimization of operations (lean/six-sigma principles) and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards Develop synergies within the group of companies and participate in group initiatives in Germany and abroad

At least five years of experience in P&L management and management of multiple sites Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, engineering, business management) or comparable qualification Experience in the B2B service sector, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or medical technology Proven successes in revenue and EBITDA reduction and in the implementation of efficiency and transformation projects Embossed expertise in controlling and optimizing sales processes with a clear focus on efficiency, growth and customer orientation Safe for negotiation in German and English as well as strong leadership skills and strategic thinking skills Strong business sense, ability to prioritize and high motivation
